Every client on one row, ranked by who is furthest behind: last journal, unclosed periods, VAT position, and what is waiting on you.
Most items are computed from the books themselves — bank reconciled, inventory tied out, journals posted — leaving only two manual steps, and whoever confirmed each one is recorded by name and time.
A manager and an optional reviewer per client, and a workload board that puts unassigned clients on top. Assignment does not grant access by itself — the client grants that.
The client gives you access, to one business or all of them, with read, post or period-close permissions. Different firms never see each other.
Inventory ties to its account, profit per cost centre ties to the income statement, and the VAT return is reconciled against the VAT accounts. The reports tell you when they disagree.
What Basmtak works out for you, and what stays your call. The stock and depreciation items appear only for a client that has tracked items or fixed assets.
No invoice, bill or journal left as a draft with a date inside the month.
No statement line without a journal behind it, up to the end of the month.
Each active bank account's reconciliation reaches the end of the month.
A posted stock count inside the month — shown only when the client holds tracked items.
The month's depreciation journal is posted — shown only when there are active fixed assets.
The books cannot know this: you confirm it, and your name and the time are recorded against it.
A human's review of the month. Confirmed by hand as well, and by name.
The month's period is closed or locked on the periods screen.
Your seat comes out of your client's subscription: every subscription includes 3 admin users, and each extra user is 15 SAR a month on the client. We do not sell a separate firm subscription today.
