Reports and closing

Reports you can read, open and reconcile. No black box.

What it does

Trial balance and general ledger

Opening, movement and closing per account for any period, and a ledger with a running balance.

Income statement and balance sheet

Expenses split into direct (cost of revenue) and indirect, with gross profit, and the prior period beside it.

Cash flow

Derived from the cash movement itself, so it always ties to the bank.

VAT return

Built from the documents and reconciled against the VAT accounts. Any difference is shown rather than hidden.

Analyses, aging and budgets

Analysis by party, item or month, receivable and payable aging, and one approved budget per year compared with actuals exactly the way the income statement reads them.

Cost centres and currencies

Profit per centre reconciled to the income statement, and foreign-currency exposure summarised in one report.

Drill-down to the entry

From an income statement line to that account's ledger, and from a ledger line to the journal that created it. Three clicks from the number to its source.

Closing

Lock a period, roll the year into retained earnings, and reopen by a documented reversing entry — never by deletion.

Where it stops today

Export is CSV. Server-side PDF is for documents, not reports, and the calendar is Gregorian.

Try it on your own books

14 days, no card, and you can import your real balances on day one.

Self-serve signup is closed right now. Leave your details and we will open the account for you.
