Subscription and trial

The trial is 14 days with no card. When the trial or the subscription ends, your books become readable and exportable but not writable, and nothing is deleted. A subscription is paid in advance for the chosen term, and the price is fixed at what it was on the day of purchase, so it does not change during the contract.

Your data is yours

The books and documents you enter belong to your business. You can export them at any time, during your subscription or after it ends.

E-invoicing

The product generates phase-1 invoices including the QR code and the hash chain. Compliance with ZATCA remains the business's own obligation, including the accuracy of what you enter and the registration of the business itself. See the invoicing page for where phase 2 stands today.

Card payments on your invoices

When you enable payment links, money from your customers reaches your own payment provider account directly. We do not hold your customers' money and we are not a party to that relationship.

Stopping and refunds

You can stop the renewal at any time. A term already paid for runs to its end.

The detailed refund policy has not been approved yet — it will be added here before commercial launch.

Liability and governing law

This clause needs approved legal drafting and has not been written yet. Governing law: the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
