What it does

Automation, alerts and closing

Recurring invoices and bills

A monthly, weekly or yearly schedule copies the document when it is due: as a draft you review, or posted and issued on its own.

Recurring journals

Monthly amortisation, prepaid rent and month-end provisions — a journal that writes itself every time with its amount.

Alerts every morning

An invoice overdue, a bill falling due, an invoice ZATCA rejected, a card payment not yet posted, and a schedule that stumbled — in the product and on the phone.

Reminders to your customers

An email reminder ladder for overdue invoices whose rungs and timing you choose, and nothing is sent about an invoice that has not cleared.

Period lock

Locking a month refuses any document or journal dated inside it, with a review checklist before the lock.

Year-end close and reopening

The year's result rolled into retained earnings by a journal, and reopening for adjustments by reversing that journal, never by deleting it.

The audit log

Who changed what and when, with the value before and after, on every document, account and setting — and it opens to the thing itself.

How it flows

A month that closes itself

Set it once; it runs every month.

  1. Set up what repeats

Documents and journals with their schedules, once.

  2. 5 am: the documents are raised

What is due is created, and what stumbled is reported.

  3. 7 am: the alerts arrive

In the product and on the phone.

  4. Month end: review and lock

The checklist, then the period lock.

  5. Any time: ask the log

    Who changed what, and when.

  • Alerts are computed once a day; they are not real-time.
Common questions

Automation, alerts and closing

Is a recurring document posted automatically or kept as a draft?

You choose per schedule: a draft you review before issue, or direct issue. Tax invoices take the same clearance path.

Can a locked period be reopened?

Yes, and the trail remains: the closing journal is reversed by a documented journal and never deleted, and the audit log records who reopened it and when.

What does the audit log record?

Every creation, change and deletion on documents, accounts, contacts and settings: who, when, and the value before and after. The log itself cannot be edited.
