These figures are computed on the server from the same price book that issues your invoice — nothing is priced in your browser.
VAT
Every price shown is before VAT. VAT is added at 15% on the invoice, and you receive a Saudi tax invoice carrying your business name and VAT number.

What everyone asks
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The trial is 14 days with no card, and when it ends the books simply become read-only — nothing is deleted and nothing is charged.
What happens to my books if I stop paying?
They stay exactly as they are and can be read and exported, but nothing can be written until the subscription is renewed.
Is the price per user?
No. The price is per business and includes 3 admin users. Each extra user is 15 SAR per month.
I have more than one company. Do I pay twice?
One subscription covers up to 25 businesses under the same account, each with its own books, numbering and reports.
Do I need Basmtak HR?
No. The product is complete on its own. The HR link is an extra for those who use it, and it can be added later to the same account without moving your books.
How do I bring my data from my current software?
From the import screen: chart of accounts, customers, suppliers, items, opening balances and open invoices — with a preview before anything is written and a full undo.
