This feature comes with certain plans. If it is not in your menu, it is not in your business's plan.

Run the statement

In Purchases open the Supplier statement tab, choose the Supplier and the From and To dates, and press Run. A quicker way: under Customers & suppliers press Supplier statement on the supplier's row.
Run the statement

Read the statement

The statement opens with the Opening balance before the period, then the movements by date:

  • Credit: what added to your debt, meaning the supplier's bills.
  • Debit: what reduced it, meaning payments and debit notes.
  • Balance: what you owe after each movement.

Balance owed is what you owe at the end of the period. Press any row to open its document.

Your statement does not match theirs? Look for an unrecorded bill, a bill still in draft, or an unrecorded payment. Drafts do not appear on the statement.

Send or keep it

Use Export CSV, Export XLSX, Export PDF or Print at the top of the page, then send the file to the supplier to agree the balances.
