Open the branding card
Under Setup open Settings and scroll down to the Branding & print card. It can be changed by the business owner or anyone holding the Close periods permission.
Upload the logo
Press Upload logo, or Change logo if you already have one, or drag the file onto the box. PNG, JPG, WEBP, SVG and PDF are accepted, and a PDF gives its first page. Empty space around the logo is cropped automatically, so there is nothing to prepare.
If The file is too large appears, make the image smaller. The limit is 2 MB after conversion.
Choose the colour and layout
After uploading, a colour taken from the logo may appear, tagged From logo. Pick it, or choose from Primary colour. Then choose a Document layout: Modern, Classic or Minimal, which saves ink and suits black-and-white printers. The preview at the bottom changes straight away.
Save
Press Save inside the card itself, as it has its own button, separate from the settings form. Whatever you print after that wears the new look: invoices, quotes, notes, receipts, delivery notes and printed reports. Discard cancels anything unsaved.
Each business has its own look. If you have more than one, open each and set its branding there.
