This feature comes with certain plans. If it is not in your menu, it is not in your business's plan.
Read the aging
In Inventory open the Aging tab. The report spreads each item's value and quantity across bands of days since receipt. Set As of and Warehouse. The Over 180 days card shows your oldest stock at a glance, and the Valuation total card confirms the total equals your stock value.
Find the slow movers
Open the Slow-moving tab and pick the period in No issue for (days). You see items on hand with nothing out in that time, with Last issue and Days idle, and the Idle value at the top. never issued means nothing has left since it arrived.
Any issue counts as movement, including a transfer out and a count down, not only a sale.
Put the result to use
Export with Export CSV, Export XLSX or Export PDF, or press Print. Then decide: a special price, a return to the supplier, or no more buying. If the goods really are spoiled, remove them with a stock adjustment.
