Sign in with email and password
Open the sign-in page, enter your email and password, and press Sign in. Tick Keep me signed in only on your own device. On a shared device, finish with Sign out at the bottom of the side menu.
Or come in through Basmtak HR
If your access to Books comes through Basmtak HR, there is no separate password here. Press With Basmtak HR and pick the site you usually sign in to, basmtak.com or basmtak.net.
Forgot your password, or want to change it
Press Forgot your password?, enter your email, then Send the link. You receive a link that works once and lasts 60 minutes. Open it, enter a new password and press Save the password and sign in. A password needs at least 8 characters, and one known to have leaked is refused. Use the same steps to change a password you already know, as there is no change screen inside the program.
If you sign in through Basmtak HR, your password lives there, not here, so change it in Basmtak HR.
Common sign-in messages
- That email or password is not right. Check the address, or reset your password.
- Too many attempts from this device. Wait a moment and try again. Stop for a little while, then try again.
- This user is suspended. Ask whoever administers your account. Ask them to reactivate you.
- Your account does not have access to any books yet. Ask whoever administers your account. Ask them to add you to the business.
- No reset link? Check your spam folder.
