Open the app and sign in
Open the Basmtak Books app on your iPhone or iPad. Enter the same Email and Password you use in the browser and press Sign in. The app opens the same books with the same permissions, so what you issue there shows on the web, and the other way round.
Forgot your password? Reset it from the sign-in page on the website, then come back to the app. Your account is issued by your business's administrator, so if you have none, ask them to invite you.
If you come in through Basmtak HR
Someone who opens the books from their Basmtak HR account has no Books password of their own. Contact support and they will arrange your access to the app.
Turn on quick unlock
From the More tab open Settings and turn on Unlock with Face ID or fingerprint under Security. The app then locks, and you open it with your face or finger.
Move between your businesses
If you work in more than one business, open More, press Switch business and pick the business.
Review your devices
From More open Devices to see every device you have signed in on and when it was last used. You can remove one device, or press Sign out of other devices.
Lost a device? Remove it from the list straight away on another device, and it stops reaching your books.
