Open the subscription page
If your account is awaiting activation, press Subscribe and pay now on the waiting screen. Otherwise open
books.basmtak.com/billing while signed in. This page is for the account owner only.Verify your email first
The pay button stays hidden until your email is verified, because that is where your tax invoice goes. If Verify your email first appears, open the link you received, or press Resend the verification email, then come back to the page.
Choose your subscription
Set the Plan and the Term. If you need more than the plan includes, raise Extra admin users and How many businesses under the account?. The total including VAT is confirmed by the server, and it is the same amount your invoice is issued for.
Pay
Press Pay now by card to go to the payment page. Complete your bank's check, and you come back to the result page.

- Activated
- Tax invoice
If the page says the payment is still being confirmed, do not try again, as you could pay twice. Your subscription updates by itself within a few minutes.
Check the result
When the page confirms your payment was received, your subscription is active and your tax invoice is sent to your email. If it says the payment did not complete, nothing was taken and you can try again. If you still have a live subscription, what you buy starts after it ends.
If you see Your subscription is managed from Basmtak HR and is renewed there., press Open the subscription page and continue in Basmtak HR.
