This feature comes with certain plans. If it is not in your menu, it is not in your business's plan.
Open the assistant
Press the ✦ assistant button on the edge of the screen to open it in a small window over any screen, or open Assistant in the side menu for a full page. The page offers examples built from your own customers and suppliers. Press one to try it, or type your question in the box at the bottom (1).
Ask about your figures
Write as you would speak, in Arabic or English, for example:
- How much do we have in the bank and cash?
- Which invoices are overdue?
- How much VAT is due this quarter?
- The statement of a named customer.
Ask it to record something
The assistant can create a customer, an item, an invoice or a journal, and record a receipt, a payment or an expense. Describe what happened in one sentence, such as: Record a receipt of 5000 from Al Noor. Nothing is written until you agree: a message shows the amount, account and date. Review it, then press Yes, do it or Cancel.
After it runs, an Undo button appears under the latest reply when the action can be undone, so you can reverse it straight away.
Know its limits
The assistant reads only the business you have open, and it works with your own permissions: what you cannot do on the screens, it cannot do for you. If the books are read-only you can ask, but nothing can be carried out. Check the figures before relying on them for a decision or a return.
Return to your conversations
On the assistant page your earlier conversations are listed under Conversations. Press New conversation to start another topic, or ✕ beside one to delete it.
